logo-Novartis
Partner(s): Lifen, Resilience, DALI
Data Sources: Electronic health records from participating French hospital centers
To create, using unstructured hospital records analyzed through natural language processing, a multicenter cohort of patients with metastatic prostate cancer, thereby enabling the reconstruction of their care pathways with a level of precision that cannot be achieved using medical-administrative databases alone.

Partner(s): Ecosystem of Extractive AI Solutions
Data Sources: Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Early Access Data in Progress
National project aiming to move AI-driven clinical data extraction from promise to application, based on early access data. DANTE compares, for the same patients, manual entry, automated AI extraction from Electronic Health Records, and a baseline, to measure the quality of AI-produced data.
ECLAIR

A real-world study of treatment sequences and survival among patients with urothelial cancer who received at least one systemic therapy in France from 2020 to 2026, with matching to the AVENANCE cohort

Industrial Partner:
Merck
Partner(s): CEMKA
Data Sources: SNDS and the AVENANCE Cohort
To describe real-world treatment sequences by line (from the first line through death or end of follow-up), demographic and clinical characteristics, overall survival, and time to next treatment or death in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer. Plans also include defining and validating an algorithm to identify chemotherapy regimens using the AVENANCE cohort linked to the SNDS.

Industrial Partner:
logo-pierre-fabre
Partner(s): OSPI
Data Sources: Electronic Health Records
To assess the impact of testing for molecular alterations on clinical outcomes in patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, and to analyze patient profile factors that may influence the use of these tests.
