Guy has extensive experience in France, Europe, and globally through his numerous roles at Merck & Co/MSD, a world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, where he served, among other roles, as Managing Director for MSD in France.
In 2013, Guy also created and led for 5 years a specific legal entity belonging to the Merck & Co Group, Healthcare Services & Solutions, dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative digital solutions, “beyond-the-pill”.
From 2018, Guy put his experience at the service of the French ecosystem through roles such as Partner at Nextep, a health strategy consulting firm, then as an independent Senior Advisor, as well as a lecturer in the Master in Global Health Policy on Digital Health topics at Sciences Po Paris, Qualified Personality on the Strategic Health Industry Committee, and consultant and/or director for various public and private organizations.
Guy is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris in Applied Mathematics and a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.

Claire was initially a developmental biologist, then pursued medical studies and became a general practitioner, before becoming a university senior lecturer in general medicine. She practiced for over 15 years in urban, rural, and African settings. Alongside her clinical activity, as part of her academic career, she defended a doctoral thesis in social epidemiology.
She thus conducted research for over 12 years at INSERM while continuing her consultations, focusing primarily on socio-territorial health inequalities. Her thesis notably addressed the impact of women’s migratory background on the use of cancer screening.
Claire was also co-director of the Epidemiological Center on Medical Causes of Death for 5 years, and directed the WHO Collaborating Center for Health Classifications. She began working on health data in 2007 and has been fully committed to it ever since.
She is currently Director of Observation, Data Science, and Evaluation at the French National Cancer Institute.
An epidemiologist by training, Émilie has dedicated her career to health data for nearly 20 years, with expertise ranging from clinical research to data utilization for public health purposes.
She began her career at Inserm and AP-HP, where she specialized for over ten years in the primary use of health data. Her research work focused mainly on newborn and child health, with a particular focus on procedure-related pain.
From 2017, she moved towards the secondary use of health data. She joined the National Cancer Institute, where she contributed to the development of the oncology data platform, building quality and safety of care indicators from the main SNDS database.
She then continued her commitment by joining the Health Data Hub. There, she plays a key role in building the SNDS data catalog, helping to make this heritage accessible, understandable, and usable for research, innovation, and health regulation stakeholders.
With this experience, Émilie now holds the position of Director of Health Database Services, where she works to address the current challenges faced by health database producers.
