AI and Prevention: Perception, Impact, Human Oversight

This panel, moderated by Jérôme Leleu (Interaction Healthcare), will focus on the contributions of artificial intelligence in the strategic field of health prevention. Based on a concrete use case presented by Roche Diagnostics, the speakers will discuss issues related to human oversight, organizational perception, and the conditions for deploying these technologies across the healthcare system.

Isabelle ADENOT
President of the Digital Health Agency

Isabelle Adenot, Doctor of Pharmacy, serves as President of the Digital Health Agency (ANS).

Recognized by her peers as a leading community pharmacist (1983-2017), Isabelle Adenot, before joining the ANS, served as President of the French National Council of the Order of Pharmacists (CNOP) (2009-2017); Vice-President of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) (2014-2017); President of the International Conference of Francophone Orders of Pharmacists (CIOPF) (2009-2017). President of the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union (2012); Member of the Board of HAS, French National Authority for Health, and Chair of CNEDiMTS, National Commission for the Evaluation of Medical Devices and Health Technologies (2017-2023).

Throughout her mandates, she has been deeply involved in innovations and the ethical implementation of new technologies in the healthcare system. At CNOP, she played a major role in the creation and deployment of the Pharmaceutical Record (DP). At HAS, she was particularly invested in the evaluation of connected medical devices, including those using artificial intelligence, being deeply committed to facilitating rapid patient access to meaningful innovation.

She is a member of the National Academy of Pharmacy and Officer of the Legion of Honor.

Dr. Charlotte BERTHAUT
Founder of Dépist&Vous

Charlotte Berthaut is a physician and founder of Dépist&vous. Impacted by cancer in her personal and professional journey, she became a “docpreneur” to move from reaction to action.

With Dépist&vous, she is committed to preventing rather than curing, by removing barriers to cancer screening through a personalized digital platform and interactive workshops. Since 2020, she has combined human connection, innovation, and impact to make prevention a collective reflex.

Forbes Woman 2023, Healthcare Personality of the Year, French Care Ambassador, and Regional Delegate for Femmes de santé, she brings together stakeholders around an ambitious vision: embedding prevention sustainably in the culture of businesses and citizens.

David PELLEGRIN
Business Development at Roche Diagnostics

David Pellegrin is Market Developer Manager Digital Health at Roche Diagnostics. His background is marked by dual training, first as a computer engineer and then business school, enabling him to navigate between technological innovation and market strategy. With over 15 years of experience in the diagnostics industry, in France and internationally, he has launched several major software solutions for laboratory management. Today, he is responsible for the Roche Group for clinical decision support solutions, and in particular AI-based algorithms that enable early diagnosis of chronic diseases.

Engaged in a research project on colorectal cancer screening with the AI and Cancer sector, he is committed to demonstrating how artificial intelligence can significantly increase the value of information from laboratories for better health prevention.
