A public health physician, a graduate of Université Paris Cité, and holder of a master’s degree in Methodology and Statistics in Biomedical Research from Université Paris-Saclay, Vinh-Phuc Luu heads the Epidemiology and Innovation Unit within the Artificial Intelligence & Cancers Sector, where he provides methodological and medical expertise in the Sector’s initiatives and in the design and delivery of oncology data reuse projects.
Previously, he conducted studies using SNDS data at the National Cancer Institute and then at ARS Île-de-France, before becoming a medical advisor in the pharmaceutical industry at Roche.
Dan is a pharmacist-epidemiologist, a graduate of the DES in Pharmaceutical Innovation & Research at Université Paris Descartes. He holds a Master 1 in Public Health, a Master 2 in Epidemiology Research, as well as a specialist certificate in Market Access and Public Health interest.
A former resident at Paris hospitals, Dan began his career in various hospital and academic research organisations and developed his expertise in conducting pharmaco-epidemiological studies. In particular, he worked on health insurance databases at ANSM before joining the pharmaceutical industry at Lilly and then Roche.
Today, as RWE Manager within Medical Affairs at Novartis France, he is responsible for activities related to the real-world data generation strategy.
Pierre-Alexandre is a public health physician, a graduate of Université Paris-Cité, and holds a Master 2 in Methodology and Statistics in Biomedical Research from Université Paris Saclay.
He joined Pfizer in November 2021. His main mission is to develop, with the medical and market access teams, real-world studies to support market access for medicines, meet the needs of medical departments, or respond to requests from health authorities.
Mélina Gilberg holds a master’s degree in fundamental and applied mathematics for health. She began her career at Paris Descartes University in mathematics and epidemiology research and teaching, supported by the CNRS.
After working in London in the fields of pharmacoepidemiology and health economics consulting, Mélina joined the pharmaceutical industry, where she has been working for nearly 10 years.
Currently Director of the HEOR (Health Economics and Outcome Research) team within the Market Access Department at Amgen France, she is responsible for activities related to real-world data generation and health economics. Through Amgen France, Mélina actively participates in bringing together the health data ecosystem through her involvement in FIAC and the AI and Health Strategic Sector Committee, which she coordinates.
