Roundtable 2: Can real-world data support healthcare pathways?

How can the reuse of routinely produced health data enable the availability of higher quality patient follow-up data, including once early access has ended? How can early access data help us demonstrate the adoption of innovation and its equitable access?

Muriel Dahan
Director of Research and Drug Development at Unicancer

After a career in civil society, then at the Ministry of Health, in cabinet, at INCa, and at IGAS, Muriel Dahan was appointed by the government as a Qualified Personality for CSIS 2021, which established the current Health Innovation 2030 plan.

She is currently the Director of Research and Development at UNICANCER. In this capacity, she manages a team of 150 people. This Directorate promotes over a hundred clinical and translational research projects in oncology, which are excellent, innovative, and patient-focused, in coordination and cooperation with the national network of CLCCs, a leader in oncology research at the European level. Since her arrival, the management of clinical operations, regulatory aspects, quality assurance, including ISO 9001 certification, and pharmacovigilance has been structured around an ambitious roadmap, notably including the implementation of new research methodologies.

She works closely with the President, the General Delegate, and other Unicancer directorates, including the Data and Partnerships department for real-world research, on health data, AI, and data sciences.

Jehan-Michel Behier
Medical Director France at Bristol-Myers Squibb

Jehan-Michel holds a doctorate in medicine from the University of Amiens and has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, across a wide range of therapeutic areas: hematology, oncology, inflammatory bowel diseases, rheumatology, metabolism, and vaccines.

He currently holds a position at Bristol-Myers Squibb as Medical Director and is a member of the Executive Committee.

In this role, he is responsible for three medical departments: innovative medicines, oncology, and hematology.
