President of the AI & Cancer Sector and France 2030 Ambassador<\/strong><\/p>

A graduate of the Institut d’\u00c9tudes Politiques de Paris and Universit\u00e9 Paris 2<\/strong> (Economics), Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Collet also attended courses at Harvard Executive Education and Harvard Public Health School.<\/strong> He began his career as an internal auditor at Kraft before joining the Henkel Group, where he became General Manager of the subsidiary in the United Kingdom. In 2005, he decided to join the healthcare sector and the Novartis Group. In 2009, he became President of Sandoz France<\/strong>, a subsidiary specializing in generic and biosimilar medicines. <\/p>

In 2015, he was appointed General Manager of Novartis Oncology<\/strong> and led the transformation and development of this new strategic division of the Group in France. In particular, he led the integration of GSK’s activities<\/strong> and supported the development of Novartis’ innovative cancer therapies, particularly the creation of the Gene and Cell Therapy business<\/strong>. He also participated in the acquisition of Cell for Cure, of which he also became President. <\/p>

In 2017, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Collet was appointed President of Novartis France<\/strong> while retaining his role as General Manager of the Oncology division. In this capacity, he chaired the Board of Directors and led the Group’s Executive Committee in France<\/strong>. Under his presidency, the Novartis Group invested more than one billion euros in France<\/strong> and made two major acquisitions there (Cell for Cure and AAA). <\/p>

After successively serving as Leader of the Cancer Committee, Head of the European pharmaceutical companies family, and then Vice-President of LEEM, he became President of the professional association in April 2019<\/strong>, and was re-elected until June 2022. In parallel, he led the new reform of the Framework Agreement (2021) for the industry, the Health 2030 strategic platform supported by the President of the Republic (CSIS 2021), and the adjustment of successive finance laws (LFSS). <\/p>

In June 2022, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Collet left his various positions and created his independent consulting firm, Bionnassay-Consult,<\/strong> to focus on issues related to France’s attractiveness in the healthcare sector and executive support. In this capacity, he was one of the authors in 2023 of the report for the Prime Minister on “a New Deal guaranteeing equal and sustainable patient access to all health products<\/strong>.” He is also Ambassador for the health component of the France 2030 recovery plan<\/strong>, and President of the AI and Cancer Sector (FIAC).<\/strong> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Corinne Blachier-Poisson is a graduate of HEC and holds a Master 2 in International Economics from Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine.<\/strong><\/p>

She was Head of Medico-Economic Evaluation<\/strong> at AFSSAPS between 1998 and 2002. After holding various positions in organization and marketing\/sales at Rh\u00f4ne-Poulenc and Novartis, Corinne Blachier-Poisson joined Amgen France in 2009<\/strong> as Director of the Nephrology Business Unit.<\/strong> She was appointed Executive Director of the Oncology\/Hematology Business Unit at Amgen France in 2011<\/strong>, then Executive Director of Market Access and Public Affairs for the French subsidiary in 2013<\/strong>. She then joined Amgen’s headquarters in the United States for a mission dedicated to the Group’s transformation, before being appointed General Manager of Amgen Belgium and Luxembourg in 2016<\/strong>, a position she held until January 1, 2019, when she was appointed Vice-President and General Manager of Amgen France.<\/strong> <\/p>

Today, as President of Amgen’s second-largest subsidiary in Europe<\/strong>, she is responsible for coordinating actions and supporting her 400 employees in their missions.<\/p>

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of LEEM, P<\/strong>resident of the LEEM Commission on Patient Access to Therapeutic Progress (CAPPT)<\/strong><\/span>, and<\/span> Secretary General of the Association of International Groups for Research Pharmaceuticals (Agipharm).<\/strong><\/p>

In 2023, Corinne Blachier-Poisson was entrusted with leading the artificial intelligence (AI) and health project within the Strategic Committee of the Health Industries and Technologies Sector (CSF-ITS).<\/strong> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A graduate of ESG<\/strong>, INSEAD<\/strong>, and certified in Strategies for Sustainability from Stanford<\/strong>, Philippe Miltin began his career at Xerox<\/strong> as a sales representative in 1987, then joined Altos<\/strong> two years later, where he held the position of Channel Manager.<\/p>

In 1991, he joined the American company Silicon Graphics<\/strong>, where he was appointed CEO France<\/strong> in 1997. Subsequently, he held the positions of Senior Vice-President<\/strong> for the Southeast region, then EVP EMEA<\/strong> until 2006. <\/p>

Philippe Miltin joined the IT company Bull<\/strong> in 2006 as EVP Products and Servers Division.<\/strong> In 2010, he became EVP Computing Solutions Business Line<\/strong>, and was then appointed EVP Chief Commercial Officer<\/strong>.<\/p>

He joined Atos<\/strong> in 2015 as SVP Global Market Leader for Manufacturing Retail and Transport<\/strong>, responsible for the P&L of the entire business.<\/p>

Since 2019, Philippe Miltin was in charge, as Senior Vice President Sales for Manufacturing and Big Data\/HPC<\/strong> for the Atos Group.<\/p>

In September 2022, Philippe Miltin was appointed General Manager of OUTSCALE<\/strong> to become a new brand of Dassault Syst\u00e8mes. His primary objective is to position OUTSCALE as a new sovereign and sustainable operator of Experiences “as a Service”<\/em> on the Cloud<\/strong>. Christine Chomienne is Professor Emeritus of Cell Biology and Hematology<\/strong> at Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9, France.<\/p>

She has been Vice-President of the Cancer Mission Board at the European Commission<\/strong> since September 2019.<\/p>

She was Director of Research and Innovation at the National Cancer Institute<\/strong> (INCa), Director of the Cancer Institute of French Research Organizations<\/strong> (Inserm & AVIESAN), and President of the European Hematology Association<\/strong>.<\/p>

She graduated<\/strong> in medicine from Universit\u00e9 Paris Diderot<\/strong> and received specialized training certification in hematology<\/strong> in 1983. She obtained her doctorate in 1989<\/strong>.<\/p>

Dr. Chomienne has served on numerous scientific and clinical committees in France and Europe.<\/p>

She was Head of the Cell Biology Department at H\u00f4pital Saint Louis in Paris<\/strong> and Director of the Inserm University Research Laboratory at the University Institute of Hematology<\/strong> for the past 25 years.<\/p>

She participated in the transfer of a first targeted therapy in adult and pediatric leukemias.<\/p>
