Claire was initially a developmental biologist<\/b>, then pursued medical studies and became a general practitioner<\/b>, before attaining the position of Associate Professor in General Medicine<\/b>. She practiced for over 15 years in urban and rural settings, as well as in Africa. Alongside her clinical activity, as part of her academic career, she defended a PhD thesis in social epidemiology.<\/b> <\/p>

She thus conducted research for over 12 years at INSERM<\/b> while continuing her consultations, focusing primarily on socio-territorial health inequalities. <\/b>Her thesis notably addressed the impact of women’s migratory background on the use of cancer screening.<\/b><\/p>

Claire was also co-director of the Epidemiological Center on Medical Causes of Death<\/b> for 5 years and headed the WHO Collaborating Center for the Classification of Diseases<\/b>. She began working on health data in 2007 and has been fully dedicated to it ever since. <\/p>

She is currently Director of Observation, Data Science, and Evaluation at the French National Cancer Institute.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dr. Nathalie Varoqueaux, MD, PhD, is the Medical Director of Amgen France.<\/b><\/p>

A specialist in hematology<\/b>, she holds a PhD in Science<\/b> from Paris VI Pierre and Marie Curie University in cellular and molecular biology<\/b>. She has held various senior positions in several pharmaceutical companies, such as Roche, Alexion, and AstraZeneca, in medical affairs, business development, and pharmacovigilance. <\/p>

N. Varoqueaux is also Vice-President of ARIIS, Vice-President of the Research and Innovation Commission of LEEM, and a board member of the AI & Cancers Sector.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
